Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Eligible Items

• Products with manufacturing defects
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Items used or assembled after delivery
• Products with missing parts or accessories
• Clearance or custom-order items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
